Springmount Residential Development, Glanmire

DGA were commissioned to develop a high density residential scheme on a prominent site in Glanmire, Co Cork. The difficult topography of the site, combined with the site’s prominence, informed the design strategy.

The 52-unit residential scheme is designed to allow the buildings to step down the topography of the site, integrates generous landscaping courtyards, which minimise the impact of the development on its surroundings.
