Retail Development, Carrigaline

DGA were commissioned to design a €4.2m retail and mixed use development on a restricted site in Carrigaline, Co Cork. The design sought to create an internal courtyard incorporating a listed mill building in the development.

The design of a 2 storey glass structure to the street encourages the public into the building whilst maximising the minimal street frontage of the development.
