Emmett Place Retail Development Kinsale

DGA were commissioned the owners of the Blue Haven Collection to develop a derelict site in the centre of Kinsale. The site was occupied by two buildings one of which is listed.

We propose to demolish and construct a new 2 storey building for aprt of the development and restore the existing 3 storey listed building back to its original use and character. The €0.5m project will accommodate one of Europe’s largest fashion stores “Fat Face”
