Credit Union

St Paul’s Garda Credit Union, Cork City

This part extension and restoration project consisted of the construction of a 3 storey Credit Union building wrapped around an existing period house that was extensively refurbished to its original state with a construction cost at a cost of €3.0m.

Passage West Credit Union, Co. Cork

This project consisted of a new three stores standalone credit union building with the main banking on the ground floor and associated offices and administration over. The cost of the projects was €1.1m.
