The Project consisted of a mix of office, retail warehouse and car showrooms for a total of 14500 sq.m. built with a construction cost at a cost of €100m. The project was lead from an already acquired Planning Permission to completion, but as the works progressed the markets requests varied and a re-design of parts of the scheme was necessary to meet the new market demand.

Lee Road Medical Campus, Cork
The Medical Campus incorporates 3 Blocks of 24 medical suites, residential apartments and multi storey car park with a construction cost at a cost of €12m. The design of the campus splits the building & mass into three blocks to allow views into green corridors and overlooks the river Lee.

National Rowing Centre, Cork
The challenge was to develop over the existing Boat House while creating a public entrance from the rear at a storey higher than the Boat House. Another important point was to maximise the views over the lake for spectator and judges alike. The Project consisted of the 2 storey Boat House incorporating function room, changing facilities, offices, gymnasium kitchen and meeting rooms with a construction cost at a cost of €2.6m.
