Euro Business Park, Little Island, Co.Cork
The Project consisted of light commercial units incorporating associated offices, incubator Start-Up’s and warehouses with a construction cost at a cost of €12.0m. The project consisted of 5 blocks with two buildings acting as Gateway Units at the entrance to the site. The use of different materials and forms allow these buildings to stand out from the rest of this densely populated Business Park.

The Project consisted of a 3750 sq.m. pharmaceutical building for the company PepsiCo with a construction cost at a cost of €17.0m.
