This mixed use development with Retail, Office and Industrial development was constructed on the old Munster Carpet site in Carrigatwohill, Co.Cork. The majority of the site has being developed with Offices, Light Industrial and Retail use since 2007. There is a proposal to construct a railway station to the rear of the site that abuts the main Cork to Midelton railway in the near future. The building while having different forms keep the pallet of materials and colours to ensure when the development is completed the entire site will harmonise into its surrounding landscape.

This mixed use redevelopment of an old Mill building into a residential apartment block and the construction of a Retail unit to the main street in Carrigaline was completed in 2010. The redevelopment of the old mill building was carefully completed with the aid of the conservation offices of the Cork County Council. The Retail unit abutting the main street was completed in a complementary modern form and the use of modern large glazed facades and flat roofs created a modern vibrant mixed use development in the heart of the main street of Carrigaline.
