Planning Granted by An Bord Pleanála for 58 dwellings in Carrigaline

Deady Gahan Architects are pleased to announce that An Bord Pleanála have granted planning for a scheme consisting of 58 dwellings in Carrigaline, Cork.

The proposed development will include a variety of unit types in the form of semi-detached dwellings and townhouses. Feature corner units have been incorporated into the design to create node points as the residence move throughout the site.

An existing watercourse runs along the north and eastern boundaries of the site and the dwellings have been set back a sufficient distance and orientated to overlook this natural feature. Units are also clustered around the generous central open space that has been provided ensuring that the residence have an abundance of amenity spaces to enjoy within the scheme.
